Do pet owners pay booking fees on Sable?

No booking fee is added at checkout — the all-in price you see for your dates is what you pay. Payment is by card, securely through Stripe, and your receipt shows the business you booked with.

How do I book pet care through Sable?

Open app.sable.vet, pick a kennel or cattery from live availability and send the request — grooming, day care, pet taxi and training work the same way as those businesses join. Most places take payment when you book; if the business declines or the request expires, anything you paid is refunded in full.

Pick the service and a time from the business’s live availability. Most places take payment when you book. If they can’t take you, it’s refunded in full.

They confirm, you're set

If they can’t take you, or don’t reply in time, anything you paid online comes back in full. Your pet’s profile goes with every booking.

Check in before you go

Confirm you’re coming in the app. For stays, pick your drop-off and collection times.
