We come out and set it up.
Switching sounds like hard work, so we do it. A Sable team member comes to your door (starting in Scotland; elsewhere, ask us), sits down with whoever keeps the diary and sets Sable up around how you already run. We stay until it’s done. Free.
One visit, six parts.
Free, in person, nothing to prepare.
- 1Before we arriveNothing to prepare. If your current system exports data, good; if your records live in a paper diary, that works too. Have whoever keeps the diary there if you can.
- 2Your rulesYou describe how you run things — services, rates, capacity, cancellation policy, and whether each service is paid online or paid to you directly — in plain words, and Sable is set up to match. Nothing changes without your say-so.
- 3Your recordsClients, pets and bookings come across, plus each pet’s vaccination date where your old records have one. Payments don’t: moved bookings show as paid, with no price. We check the next two weeks against your diary together.
- 4Your diaryThis week's bookings already in it. Want a kennel plan? We draw your kennels and cattery pens as they stand.
- 5Your website and your teamYour booking link goes on your website and Facebook page, and whoever answers the phone gets a walk-through. You can invite your staff once your checks clear.
- 6Set up before we leaveYour real diary, not a demo. Listed once your checks clear, usually within a day. Payments go to your own Stripe account; your first 30 days of payments stay there, then pay out as normal.
The safety nets stay up.
Most changes can be put back
Your latest changes to rates, policies and business details are listed in Settings, and you can put most of them back. Changed your mind about a nightly rate or your cancellation policy? Put it back.
Change things by asking
Describe what you want in plain words — Sable proposes the change, you approve it.
Leave whenever, with everything
Ask any time and we send your customers, pets and bookings within one working day, free. No lock-in, no exit fee.
We come out and set it up.
Free. Starting in Scotland; elsewhere, ask us. We bring the software, set it up around how you already run things and stay until your diary is in use.
